On “pre-listing” inspections (a great idea in many cases!), we discovered the septic was failing and the drainfield in a location that did not meet code. We had to act quickly to prepare a new listing strategy so we would not miss the summer market.

📌 PSA: It’s always better to discover major repair items when the money on the table is still yours and not tied up in a contract.
