We have used nine different realtors over the years and Crystal has been BY FAR the best. She outlined a marketing strategy in our first meeting. She then did her homework and brought us current information on comparable home sales in the area. She provided us with several helpful suggestions on showing our home. With the help of an outstanding photographer, she put together a fantastic portfolio for posting on the internet. She was prompt in keeping us informed of showings and helping us understand the pros and cons of the various offers we received. Finally, she was with us to walk us through the closing process.
